Community Partnerships

What’s Ur Niche Academy

What’s UR Niche Academy is to teach things that are no longer taught in schools such as resume, beauty business management, SEO management, landscaping, agriculture, budgeting, financial literacy, literacy, sewing, and other life skills that can become a business that with the knowledge they can create their own business in their community.

We will be working with accredited schools, community partners, and more to offer skills to all those in need including our children that came to this country without status and now are unable to go to college due to their status in the United States

Small Business Incubator

Enjoy the best of a non-traditional
Small Business Incubator

We are currently building our small business incubator that will be set up in a nontraditional way.

The Mady Foundation is creating an “E-Business Network” that will allow us to create a network of resources, mentors, and more that can help entrepreneurs at times that usually occur when they get home after their day job.

We are excited to share that we will have the      E-Minority Business Network and it will be launching January 2023

Most business entrepreneurs plan their ventures after work at nontraditional business hours and our idea is to be able to service those with resources they need with a real live person.

Our network will need to grow nationwide, so all entrepreneurs have access to it no matter their time zone.

Our Energy is to Educate and Show that the only obstacle is the one you create for yourself. Our goal is to be able to create sustainable communities by bringing back the concept of communities that have affordable homes and small businesses created by the community to keep the community sustainable.

Go Big or Go Home

Urban Community Development is a Priority for The Mady Foundation

Urban Community Development is a Priority for The Mady Foundation.

The United States has been dealing with the issue of not having affordable housing and housing shortage. Our families have been struggling with this issue and with the disaster of Hurricane Maria which devastated the island of Puerto Rico, many families migrated to the United States which clearly put the spotlight on this problem.

We have been looking at the issue and have ideas to help find key solutions with projects that include tiny & container homes, acquiring small hotels for ultra apartments, and pocket neighbors that will help the stability of our seniors that live on a low fixed income.

We are looking to build and collaborate with other community partners looking to help with this social issue.
