The Mady Foundation is a 501c3 organization, with its foundation in social enterprise that believes in the strength of community development. The vision of the Mady Foundation is to create programs and activities to build stronger, resilient communities including our urban and rural communities. We have 3 Pillars: Urban Community Development, Small Business Incubator, and What’s Ur Niche Academy for Empowerment.
Our vision has evolved since 2018 with a wider spectrum recognizing the greater need and deficiencies within communities everywhere. We have revamped our vision especially after learning to pivot and adjust in this COVID-19 era.
Through collaborations and programs, our goal is to develop viable communities by providing affordable housing with a great living environment/community that will include Tech Hubs and the local community libraries. Having this type of local community engagement, it will allow us to expand economic opportunities by teaching small business entrepreneurship, basic financial literacy, and career techniques, it will allow the community to grow and be sustainable. It will allow those who go through the programs to create their own fundamentals for themselves, their families, and the community they serve.
