The Mady Foundation Team
After COVID-19, The Mady Foundation had to pivot and adjust in our new realm of post-covid era. What this pandemic did was magnify the needs of our communities. The Mady Foundation key pillars are Urban Community Development, Education and Small Business Development. We have strategically reviewed our goals and commitments to our communities and below are experiences that we are looking to join our noard of directors.
Senior Executive Directors
Our Senior Executive Team is at the heart of the business operations aspect of this organization.
As a 501c3, we have people in place to help with operations, finances, and more.
Urban Community Development Director
We are looking for someone to help us navigate and build on the idea of affordable housing such as tiny home communities and pocket neighborhoods.
Small Business Incubator Director
We are looking for someone who can help us build a small business incubator that is nontraditional. COVID should the business community the deficiencies of services and we want to build on that, so all small businesses can learn to pivot in a crisis, be sustainable and be the resource for a business at any given moment.
What’s Ur Niche Academy Director
Our goal with our academy is to educate our communities with things such as financial literacy, resume building, gardening, credit, youth leadership, parenting skills for young moms and dads, job skills, and more. We are looking for someone to help build partnerships and collaborations with other organizations so those who participate have access to resources and skills to help them level up.
Public Relations & Communications Director
We need someone who has the knowledge to strategically build capacity by reaching out to the community, marketing our programs, and is strong in digital and social media marketing.
